Over the last couple of years, Bollywood dance classes have leapt up the popularity stakes. Drawing on a range of dance styles from classical Indian to salsa with dashes of hip-hop, jive and jazz, Bollywood is energetic, sexy, glamorous, tongue-in-cheek - and a great way to keep fit!

Now dancercise has had a “Bollywood makeover” with the advent of Just Jhoom!
- which translates to Just Dance! Although it takes its inspiration from Bollywood dance it offers something a lot more; increasing cardiovascular fitness with lively routines set to fast-paced Indian music.

Just Jhoom! - the UK’s leading organisation for Bollywood fitness and dance training - is the brainchild of classically-trained Indian dancer, Shalini Bhalla working in association with fitness and training consultant, Beccy Matthews and yoga consultant, Sarra Whicheloe. Using vibrant and infectious Bollywood music, we develop training programmes that enable our instructors to provide fun, dynamic fitness sessions for people of all ages and abilities.
