Class Information

The Practicalities

All classes are run by individual Just Jhoom! Instructors so you need to contact them directly to book and pay for your class/course.

Please wear comfortable, active clothing suitable for working out in and suitable footwear. Aerobic or dance trainers are appropriate as they allow for the type of movement that Just Jhoom! routines have.

Bollywood dancing is generally taught barefoot. This is not suitable for all Just Jhoom! classes. Some of the steps and exercises that you will learn in the routines are high intensity, high impact. Also, the constant nature of some of the classes like Just Jhoom! Fitness (unlike the stop-start Just Jhoom! Dance class style) means that you will often be working non-stop for up to an hour. Most people will need the support that aerobic shoes/trainers give. Please speak to your Just Jhoom! Instructor if you need further advice.

Ensure that you keep accessories to a minimum and do not wear jewellery that could come loose or be uncomfortable when you start moving.

Please do take bottled water with you as not all facilities will have provision for drinking water.
