Ongoing training and dedicated support
Once an instructor has achieved Bronze Level, they are invited to become part of the Just Jhoom! Instructor Association (JIA) which will allow them to teach Just Jhoom! classes using the Just Jhoom! Registered Trademark name. They will be able to advertise themselves as a Just Jhoom! Instructor.
There are also many other benefits to joining it after receiving the Just Jhoom! certificate. JIA will give you access to other instructors around the country, PR and Marketing assistance, access to a special dedicated website – with special features specifically for Just Jhoom! Instructors. These include new choreography every month, a library of choreography of over 100 steps and routines, Instructor information on marketing, legalities and running classes, as well as access to a shop for marketing materials and discounted Just Jhoom! clothing.
As a Just Jhoom! Instructor buying into the Just Jhoom! philosophy and way of exercising, enables you to lead exciting, innovative fitness sessions, and you in turn will become the company’s biggest asset - the brand’s biggest Ambassadors.
We want Just Jhoom! to be associated with trained, professional and motivated Instructors providing safe, effective and fun exercise sessions. Being part of JIA means you have access to ongoing training and dedicated support. JIA will be key in ensuring that all Instructors fulfil their membership obligations, including continued professional development, use of trademarks, adherence to a Code of Conduct designed to ensure that there is standardisation and maintenance of a high quality dance-fitness programme out in the public arena.
