Every once in a while comes a company that focuses purely on the physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing of every person it comes into contact with. Just Jhoom! is that company. We provide online training programmes that inspire, nurture and empower you to make a difference in your life. If you want to get physically healthier, learn to teach dance and inspire others, calm your mind and learn to cope with stress or anxiety, expand your knowledge of Indian culture and its vast spiritual traditions – then you are in the right place.

Having suffered from recurring depression over the years, I set this company up so that people who have mental health issues, suffer from depression or anxiety, or even those who don’t – but just find themselves a little frazzled with the pace of life can find some information, courses that relate to them and methods and techniques that successfully bring them back to a place of equilibrium.

I know that everything I share with you on this website works. How? Because I used Dance, Mindfulness & Meditation, Nutrition and Healing to bring (and keep) my mind, body and spirit into alignment – and today I feel blessed with good health and a sense of wellbeing that comes from within. Oh – believe me it is not all plain sailing. Life still throws huge curveballs at me all the time – from issues in my work, my partner’s fight with cancer and day-to-day challenges. But that’s life! And rather than fight it – I want to live it, embrace it and enjoy it. And I do.

And I wish the same for you.

The mind, the body and the spirit are all integrated. All three aspects need to be in alignment for you to feel true health and wellbeing. Shalini BhallaShalini Bhalla is an award-winning entrepreneur, trainer, choreographer and the founder of Just Jhoom!

As an accredited mindfulness and dance teacher she has been featured on numerous media platforms promoting the benefits of dance, Just Jhoom! and mindfulness on people’s mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing.

Shalini has lived experience of clinical depression and was chosen to be a “Voice of MIND” – campaigning for better mental health provision in the UK. Shalini has spoken in the Houses of Parliament to MPs about wellbeing and resilience to mental health problems as well as on a roundtable discussion for the Huffington Post.

In 2013 Shalini won the Asian Women of Achievement Awards in Arts and Culture and was recently named as “One of 20 Female Entrepreneurs Energising Britain” by Real Business. In January 2012 she won the local Business Accelerator Award through the Surrey Advertiser, and was also included in the Who’s Who of Britain’s Business Leaders 2010 and 2011. In January 2016 Just Jhoom! was a finalist at the Cranleigh & District Business, Innovation & Growth (BIG) Awards.
