Teach Bollywood Dance

Who is this training suitable for?
Anyone who wants to teach Bollywood dance. If you want the skills, knowledge and confidence to teach Bollywood dance – then this is the course for you.

What are the Pre-requisites for this course?
There are no pre-requisites for this course – as different countries around the world have different requirements to teach dance and fitness. As long as you know what your country’s requirements are, and you are able to get suitable insurance and any other relevant licenses to teach then you are good to go.

What’s the schedule for the course? Can I take it at my own pace?
The Teach Bollywood Dance training is a 7-module course. As soon as you complete one module you will have access to the next. So yes, you work at your own pace. You have 12 months to complete the training.

Can I download the content?
Yes! You can download all the content from the website and keep it forever!

How many times a year do you host this training?
Teach Bollywood Dance is only offered 3 times a year. Once you have completed this training you can apply to enrol on the Just Jhoom! Instructor Training course if you would like to become a Just Jhoom! Instructor.

Is there a License Fee for this course?
No there isn’t. You are learning to teach Bollywood dancing to friends, family and your own Bollywood dance classes. A license fee would be needed if you were going to call your classes Just Jhoom! classes. The Teach Bollywood Dance course does not allow you to call your classes Just Jhoom! classes. To teach Just Jhoom! classes you will need to do our Just Jhoom! Instructor training Course.

Are there any further costs or commitments to Just Jhoom! after doing this course?
No. You pay for the course – and there are no further costs payable to Just Jhoom!

Can I use the choreography and steps taught on the course in my other classes?
Yes you can. Doing the Teach Bollywood Dance course allows you to do this.

Can I call my classes Just Jhoom!?
No. The Teach Bollywood Dance course does not allow you to call yourself a Just Jhoom! Instructor or run Just Jhoom! classes. To do this you will need to do the Just Jhoom! Instructor Training. You can call your classes whatever you like – Bollywood Dance classes, Bollyfitness, Bollydance – as long as you are not using a name of an established Trademarked licensed company. Do Google to see what’s out there.

Will I be certified?
You will graduate from Just Jhoom!’s Teach Bollywood Dance course. You will be able to promote that you are a graduate of the course and we will provide you with a badge that you can add to your website.

Where do I get Bollywood music for my classes?
Bollywood music is widely available from iTunes and Amazon – and is not expensive to buy. We discuss this more on the course.

Just Jhoom! Instructor Training

How do I become a Just Jhoom! Instructor?
The first step to becoming a Just Jhoom! Instructor is to do the online Teach Bollywood Dance course. Then, you can enrol onto the next level of training which is to become a Just Jhoom! Instructor. We will not accept anyone who does not do the Teach Bollywood Dance online course.

What are the Pre-requisites for this course?
You must have completed the Teach Bollywood Dance course.
You must have a recognised dance or fitness qualification in the country you will be operating in.
