Welcome to Zoom Mindfulness Mornings – a monthly gathering dedicated to guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and reflective journalling. These sessions offer a gentle yet powerful way to start your day with clarity and intention.

When?

Second Tuesday of each month
8:00am – 9:00am (UK time)
Nov – Mar 11:00am (Kenya time)
Apr – Oct 10:00am (Kenya time)

What to Expect?

Each session is structured into two parts:

  • First 30 minutes: Guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and journalling prompts.
  • Next 30 minutes: Sharing, feedback, and deeper exploration of mindfulness practices.

Between sessions, additional guidance and resources will be provided within the group to support your mindfulness journey.

  • UK Fee: £12.50 per session (paid at the beginning of each month).
