Welcome to Zoom Mindfulness Mornings – a monthly gathering dedicated to guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and reflective journalling. These sessions offer a gentle yet powerful way to start your day with clarity and intention.

What to Expect?
Each session is structured into two parts:
- First 30 minutes: Guided meditation, mindfulness exercises, and journalling prompts.
- Next 30 minutes: Sharing, feedback, and deeper exploration of mindfulness practices.
Between sessions, additional guidance and resources will be provided within the group to support your mindfulness journey.
