Be sure to do your Metta Meditation from Week 1 or Week 2 and Repaying Kindness Meditation everyday, carry out and record your Acts of Kindness towards strangers, fill in your Gratitude Journal and take time to reflect on your experiences in your Daily Diary.

Repaying Kindness Meditation
Then also do this wonderful meditation acknowledging the kindness of others in your life. The benefits of doing this meditation include revealing just how much you owe others and developing compasion for them. Try and practice these meditations at least once everyday this week.
Forgiveness is difficult and yet really rewarding. Doing this meditation will promote peace and encourage compassion. It will help you shed any anger or pain you may be holding onto, allowing you to heal physically, mentally and spiritually.
