Whilst we are in self-isolation or lockdown around the world, I will be sharing some of my favourite Just Jhoom! routines that I have created over the years. Please, please share these with your friends and family.

Dancing…Jhooming will keep us fit, healthy, happy – and sane!

DAY 1 – MOBILITY WARM-UP
Just copy me to warm-up safely!

DAY 2 – PARTY TIME
Learn the routine and then copy me. Once you have learnt the routine – you can skip the tuition and just dance!

DAY 3 – ONE OF MY FAVOURITES – MINDFUL AND INTRICATE!

DAY 4 – A FUN, FAST ONE FOR YOU
