Compassionate Me is a FREE 28-day programme designed to encourage and inspire you to practise compassion, mindfulness and kindness towards yourself, your friends and family, strangers and the planet.
Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries.
Without them, humanity cannot survive.
What is compassion?
Compassion is defined by the Oxford English Dictionary as “Sympathetic pity and concern for the sufferings or misfortunes of others.”
But compassion is much more than that! It is the act of being kind, showing consideration and a spirit of generosity to all people (including yourself), animals and the environment.
What does it involve?
On each of the 28 days you’ll do some short, simple mindfulness and meditation exercises focused on the week’s theme (self, friends & family, strangers, planet). You’ll enjoy this!
All of your meditations will be guided by a video.
Alongside your mindfulness and meditations you’ll think about practising compassion for yourself, for friends & family, for strangers and for our planet – small, simple acts of kindness – that make a big difference!
What does it cost?
We want to make this programme available to anyone and everyone – and so have decided not to charge for it.
This FREE 28-day programme is for all of us to embark on and spread some love, joy and true compassion to those around us.
Why should I do this?
Human beings are hard-wired to practise acts of kindness and empathy. Many studies have now shown that leading a compassionate life leads to better physical and mental well-being.
Practising compassion results in a harmonious balance between the mind and body and leads us to be better, happier, less stressed-out people.
So, why not try out our FREE 28-day programme and see if it works for you!
