Breathing into a body part is a lovely way to bring pure awareness to a certain part of your body – and imagine your breath nourishing that part of the body. You’ll first bring your awareness to the part of the body that you are focusing on and then you breathe in and imagine that breath travelling down or up to that body part. As you breathe out you imagine the breath leaving the body taking the pain with it.
Your breath can be that of a ball of coloured energy such as blue or green.
Using a colour can ease pain or discomfort in our body.
So a blue energy or light provides a cooling, calming sensation, whilst using a green energy or light helps with general healing and wellbeing.
